The Ghoul Next Door🎀

I’m doing the 2025 Graveyard Project Pan by @emilynmax! If you’d like to join or learn more about it, her intro is here. It’s a super fun idea where you pick 5-10 items that are either “resurrection” (was in a previous project pan and didn’t get used, or you’d like to use more afterwards) or “collecting cobwebs” (near expiration or just lying unused in your collection). It’s also non-rolling, meaning when something is used up it doesn’t get replaced–goal is to be down to 0 of these by Halloween! This will update every couple of months until then.

I decided to focus on lip glosses for this project because I have a ton that are either close to expired or already expired and I am holding on to them anyway (not a good idea, I’m not a role model). They are all in the collecting cobwebs category and my goal is to finish them.

Anyway, here they are in all their current glory (minus the Pat McGrath, which I can’t see the progress in anyway so not pictured here).

👻 Fenty Beauty Cream Gloss in Cookie Jar – I get so many compliments on this! I want to use it more because it is past expiration and I don’t want to waste such a great gloss.
👻 Covergirl Clean Fresh Yummy Gloss in Moonlight Eclipse – A nice gloss with an aggressively fruity scent. I like it enough but definitely don’t need two of these.

👻 elf Cookies ‘n Dreams Lip Gloss in Cookie Dreams – I like how this looks (black gloss!) but the applicator feels very flimsy and the formula itself is sticky. Discontinued and I’m not mad about it.
👻 Natasha Denona Lip Oh-Phoria in Mauve – this is absolutely not mauve. Why is this color called Mauve? Am I missing something? If this was actually mauve I’d love it.
👻 Pat McGrath LUST Gloss in Aphrodisiac – the gloss is pretty nice but the packaging on this mini is SO bad. I’ll probably count it done when I can’t get any more out of it, but I’m really gonna give it my best try to use all I can.

This is pretty ambitious because it’s a lot of the same product (and there are other glosses in my 25 in 25 project pan) but I’m hoping it’ll motivate me at least to get as much use as I can out of them before they go bad. Wish me luck!
